Refund Request Period

Refund requests can be made within 7 days from the date of payment. If you wish to request a refund, please ensure you do so within this time frame. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Deadline: Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of your payment transaction.

How to Request a Refund

If you are within the 7-day window and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Post-Refund Period

Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of payment will not be accepted. After this period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.

Please Note: No exceptions will be made for late refund requests regardless of the reason, unless mandated by applicable law.

Refund Amount

If the refund request is made within the 7-day window, you will receive a full refund. However, processing fees (if applicable) may be deducted depending on the payment gateway's terms and conditions.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the original transaction. Please allow the standard banking timelines for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.
